each of HtmSoft products. After purchasing a product you can signup for an
account on our forums and forward your usernames to our support email box and we
will open your access to restricted support forums.
In addition to our own staff, other users will be able to share their
experiences with you and help you with your questions.
Installation service is one of our optional services. We will install and
configure your software on your hosting account for a small fee. Please refer to
product pages to obtain the service.
In addition to above support services you can obtain priority support for your
software. We will give assistance to you by email when you need and we will try
to solve your problems in a timely manner. Please refer to product pages to
obtain the service.
You should contact our "support" email box for your questions if you have
obtained priority support for your software. You can also login into members
area using username and password sent to you at registration time and use our
online support form.
All of HtmSoft products include software upgrade until next major version
change. You can obtain upgrade files in restricted members area. (when an
upgrade is available)
